Live Arrival Guarantee (Damages and issues)

I do guarantee live arrival. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me within the same day with photos if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. I will evaluate your claim, and send you a replacement at free of charge.

Exceptions

In wintertime, cold damaged plants will not be replaced nor refunded if your order was made without an add-on heat pack against the recommendation specified in a separate listing of the add-on heat pack.
If you are using a US broker to import plants to your country, I guarantee live arrival to the US broker residing in mainland USA. The moment the plants arrive safely to the broker in USA, I will not be held responsible for any damages to your plants.
