Shipping policy

Shipping

USA domestic shipping only.

If you have a broker who deals with plant import & export to your country, you can place an order with an address of the US broker.

Order Processing Times

In spring/summer/fall time (typically April through October), all orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days unless customers specifically request for a hold until a desired date.

In wintertime (typically November through March), all orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days unless customers specifically request for a hold until a desired date. However, processing time can take up to 5-7 business days or more depending on how cold your area is at the moment. We do check the weather and temperature in the areas orders are being shipped to before shipping, and if the weather is not favorable for safety of plants, we will hold shipping until the weather is safe for shipping.

During the seasonal times like Black Friday, Christmas and New Year's Day, order processing can take up to 5-7 business days or more depending on what days these holidays fall on. If these holidays fall on in the middle of the week, order processing can take longer to avoid any possible delivery delay.

Shipping Days

In spring/summer/fall time (typically April through October), orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, unless customers specifically request for a hold until a desired date.

In wintertime (typically November through March), orders are shipped Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, unless customers specifically request for a hold until a desired date.

Shipping Carriers & Costs

I use two USPS services. You can choose a service of your choice as below.

  1. USPS Priority (2-4 days)
  2. USPS Express (1-3 days)

Please be aware that there can be delivery delays from USPS depending on the time of the year, seasons, holidays etc.

Shipping costs are auto-calculated based on an address you provide at checkout.

Shipping Medium for Plants

Most plants will be shipped in a mixture of sphagnum moss and perlite, unless each listing specifies what medium plants will be in.
