I am not liable for any cold-related damage to your order if a heat pack is not included.
• If you forgot to include a heat pack with your original order, you may place a separate order for it. The shipping fee for the additional order will be fully refunded if the total shipping cost remains the same after adding the heat pack. If the added weight increases the shipping cost (which often happens), the refund will be issued after deducting the difference.

• The seedlings offered are Single-Leaf Seedlings, meaning each has developed its FIRST leaf after germination. Please keep in mind they are at an early stage of growth.
  
• Seedling size can vary by hybrid, even at the same growth phase or leaf count.
• Each seedling may vary slightly in appearance as it grows, due to natural genetic variation inherited from its two parent plants.
• The seedlings may show some fading on their leaf or leaves due to condensation and high humidity in their growing environment. Otherwise, they are healthy and in good condition.

• In good faith, I will hold off on shipping if the night temps in your area fall below the 30s and will wait until they go back up into the 30s (or as close as possible, if cold weather persists) for the safe delivery.
• Live arrival guaranteed, except when a heat pack was necessary in your area due to weather conditions (night temperatures below 45°F) and you chose to opt out. In such cases, the live arrival guarantee does not apply.
